Thomas M. Davis is the founder and President / CEO of T.M. Davis and Associates with over twenty-five years experience in both Construction and Program Management of hotel, casino, commercial, residential and retail facilities. He has an exemplary record in meeting cost and schedule goals and deadlines for clients through his leadership and management of complex project teams, contractors and consultants. He is particularly skilled at providing managerial oversight on multiple projects, many of which have involved a “fast-track” project delivery.

Mark Bohlman, Principal

Mark Bohlman is a principal with T.M Davis and Associates with over twenty years experience in the design, development, project management and construction of hospitality, residential, casino, retail and entertainment facilities. He has an extensive track record in successfully leading project teams throughout the United States and Canada from project inception to construction close-out. Mark’s strong organizational skills and technical expertise in all aspects of building construction and design provide owners and developers with informed and creative solutions to project issues of program, constructability, contract negotiation and value engineering.
